Zachary “Zack” Cailing Sr. 1977—2018
Zack’s Leaf is at Ballard Library. Zack died outside the Market Street 7-11 on 10/11/18. His memorial was held in Bellingham. Memorial Page Grandma Arlene, Aunt Crystal and Zack’s niece stood in our Women in Black vigil with us on 11/7/18. They were at Ballard Library for the dedication of his Leaf, also his partner Rondine Allison and their three children. Aaron “Diggles” Johnson 1986–2018

Mark Davis 1966–2018
From Mark’s friend Lisa K: “Mark was my mentor at SHARE. Even though he ended up on a totally different path, he still helped me try to do my best. He was always fun to be around–charm and wit came naturally. He was intelligent, confident and funny! A go-getter when he had a plan, and he usually came up with a good plan. The most rabid Rush fan I ever met! We went to their concert at the White River Amphitheater in 2007, and had a blast! That look of absolute enjoyment and fun on his face…He always reminded me of a guy who had an angel on one shoulder…

John “Akasha” Dolato, Jr. 1956–2009
John (also known as Akasha/Akacia/Taz) overcame life-long challenges with mental illness and stress to be a supportive leader in a tree-sitter community that successfully protected ancient forests in California and Oregon. Yet again facing impending homelessness on Seattle streets he died by suicide on January 11, 2009. His Leaf is at All Pilgrims Church, in his old stomping grounds of Capitol Hill.
