Jay Anderson 1960–2024
Jay’s brother, Marc Anderson, says when they were younger, Jay traveled the world, worked on boats in Alaska, and raced motorbikes. Photo above by Marc Anderson. Jay lived in his car with his little terrier, Frankie. They loved going to the library and Ballard Commons Park. The week of January 11, 2024, when temperatures dropped below freezing, Jay died in his car. Frankie now lives with a housed friend in Ballard. Jay’s Leaf is at Ballard Library.
