My mother Rosa Armstrong was born in Toppenish WA. on 7-14-1959. She was adopted and raised in Wenatchee,Wa. In high school she met and later married my dad Melvin. They had 3 children, myself, sister Jessica and brother Johnathan. Although she struggled with mental illness and alcohol addiction she still did her best to raise us with good morals and values. As adults my parents later divorced and her addiction and mental illness got worse. She battled homelessness many times over the years. On 3-6-2020 my mother unfortunately lost her battle with addiction. My mother loved her family greatly. She loved to hunt, fish, loved music and coloring. She is survived by her children, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
