Buzz was born July 30, 1958 in the parking lot of the old Bothell Hospital as his mother was on her way into the building.  He died on March 7, 2017 in Everett, after a friend took him to the hospital up there.  Buzz was well-known, loved and will be remembered at many SHARE/WHEEL and Ballard locations.

Buzz’s Leaf is placed at Ballard Commons (May 21, 2017). If you have photos or memories of Buzz, please share a comment.

Seeing this post just floored me. I haven’t seen Buzz in over 20 years; my husband Leslie and I had moved from Seattle to Weston WI and lost touch with Buzz. I had first met Buzz in the Frye Apts. in 1987 or so and we became good friends. I loved him dearly and will miss him. I can’t believe he’s gone. If anyone has more information about what happened to Buzz or his boys I would love to hear it. You can email me at ppurpleallycatt@yahoo.com
