From Jessica Barker: “Arthur lived much of his adult life outside or in shelters and dealt with chronic severe medical issues until his passing at the age of 46, at (Rainier House. His primary goal was to obtain housing, which he achieved and lived the last 1.5 years in his own apartment. He fought hard for his life.
